ARTIST EXPECTATIONS

Thank you for sharing your talents with us at La Reunion! Below are some FAQs and expectations for all artists playing at our venue.

GEAR

We ask that each artist bring all necessary gear as the venue will not be providing anything. That includes any powerstrips, extension cords, mics, or speakers needed for you to have a successful show!

DOWNBEAT

We spend a lot of time marketing our events to our customers, and would love to be consistent with the start times of every show. We expect downbeat to happen as agreed upon, and for the set breaks to be no longer than 15-20 minutes. If anything happens to cause a delay in start time, please communicate effectively. Commonly starting late will affect future bookings.

MUSIC REPERTOIRE

Every performer is different, and we want you to express yourself in a way that makes you feel comfortable as an artist. We are trying to create a fun and upbeat atmosphere for our customers on the weekends, and would love for the majority of the set to represent that! We recommend to pace out your setlist, start with/sprinkle in more up tempo songs, and create the energy you want the audience to feel.

HOSPITALITY

We love to take care of our artists at La Reunion. We offer a couple of free drinks and food during the performances. TIPS for the staff are never expected, but are greatly appreciated as they will go out of their way to take care of you! Please take your time to get to know the staff as we love to be on the same team.

DISCOUNTS

Every band member receives a $50 tab to use as they’d like per show. Food and beverages tendered are limited to band members only, not friends and family. Any balance in excess of $50 will be due in full.
